The Train Challenge: 2-Hour VR Team Experience & L&D Taster: Worcester

A two-hour VR and tactile escape room challenge in Worcester testing team communication, problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Teams of three to four take on a timed escape challenge combining virtual reality and physical puzzles. One member wears a VR headset to navigate virtual train carriages and report clues, while teammates decode physical blueprints, route maps and timetables in the room; neither side has the full picture, so success hinges on clear verbal communication. The session doubles as a taster for HR, L&D and curriculum leads considering the format for larger groups, with friendly competition, prizes and networking for solo attendees.
