Ballet Taster Classes (Level 1)

A beginner ballet taster class at DanceBuzz's Kings Cross Studio covering barre exercises, centre work, posture and alignment for those with little or no ballet experience.

This single-session taster introduces foundational ballet through barre exercises focused on balance and muscle toning, and centre work exploring movement, poise and expression. It also covers ballet posture and alignment, including the characteristic ballet stance and use of body lines and control. Aimed at complete beginners, it is designed for those considering whether to join a full beginner course. Sessions are led by teachers Ana or Laure and last one hour.
