A six-week purification retreat on the practice of Buddha Vajrasattva led by Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab at Tara IKRC, opening with a Vajrasattva empowerment weekend.
This winter retreat guides participants through the Great Preliminary Guide of training in the purification practice of Vajrasattva, running from 1 January to 14 February 2027. It opens with a blessing empowerment of Buddha Vajrasattva and commentary over the first weekend, including teachings on how to engage in a qualified purification retreat. The retreat then follows a daily schedule of four meditation and recitation sessions, with Sundays ending at lunchtime. Everybody is welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners, with booking for the full six weeks or separate weeks.
