An evening of Q&A with rugby stars, live music and food at Holt Rugby Club raising awareness of mental health and supporting related charities.

The Big Talk Social is a five-hour community evening hosted by The Ruck & Maul Club, bringing together rugby and the wider Norfolk community to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing. The programme includes an honest Q&A with professional rugby stars, live music, and food from Bayfield Catering / Scrum & Bun. The event supports charities and organisations including Hospitality Action, Give A Ruck and You Are Not Alone, and is open to adults aged 18 and over.
