Piñata Making with Cintia

Artist Cintia Nguyen leads a workshop making cardboard and tissue-paper piñatas filled with wishes, poems and personal items at Bootle Library.

This hands-on workshop invites participants to build mini piñatas from cardboard and colourful tissue paper in a shape of their choosing, then fill them with meaningful items such as wishes, poems, favourite quotes or family recipes. It forms part of The Colour of Pomegranates, a relaxed creative wellbeing space for women in Bootle offering conversation and artist-led activities. The session is suitable for adults aged 18 and over and takes place in the library's table area.
