About

Tony Harding gives a free SANHS talk on unusual carpentry in mediaeval buildings, with models to explore over refreshments.

Tony Harding examines intriguing and unusual examples of carpentry and considers how they may — or may not — have helped strengthen mediaeval buildings. He brings along some of his own models of the techniques for attendees to handle over refreshments. The event is free, with donations of £5 or more suggested to support SANHS.
