Youth Performance Camp (Ages 10-12)

A youth performance camp where participants experience the physical demands of professional athletes and receive performance reports.

The camp allows participants to experience the physical demands of professional athletes through various sessions. All activities are based around the physical requirements of youth sport. Attendees will leave with an individual performance report and testing data, which provides insight into their current physical condition.
