Crib Service and Carol Sing-a-Long
About
A public outdoor Crib Service at the town's Christmas Crib on Princess Street, with carols led by a school choir and brass band, plus free mulled wine and mince pies.
Knutsford Town Council's Crib Service takes place around the town Christmas Crib on Princess Street, opposite the Lost and Found. Led by Mayor's Chaplain Father David Long, the 90-minute service includes the blessing of the crib, a festive Christmas message from the mayor, and carols chosen by the mayor and led by children from St Vincents School Choir and the City of Chester Brass Band. The Knutsford Catenians serve complimentary mulled wine, mince pies and soft drinks. If the weather is adverse, the event moves inside Knutsford Methodist Church.
