BBC Symphony Orchestra 2026/27 Francisco Coll conducts Honegger, Coll & Prokofiev

The BBC Symphony Orchestra performs Honegger, Coll's piano fantasia Ciudad sin sueño and young Prokofiev, conducted by the composer, with pianist Elisabeth Brauss.

Francisco Coll conducts the BBC Symphony Orchestra in a one-hour concert inspired by fantasy. The programme opens with Honegger, centres on Coll's own piano-and-orchestra fantasia Ciudad sin sueño, played by Elisabeth Brauss, and features early Prokofiev works including music evoking his fairytale world of princesses inside giant oranges. The concert lasts approximately one hour.
