About
A community-created exhibition uses the museum collections to explore nature, green spaces and places shared by local people. (John Richard Baker Exhibition Hall)
Eight young creatives working with Dales Countryside Museum co-created this exhibition through the Going Places project. Their work connects the museum collections with nature, rural life and green spaces as places shared by the community. It is on view in the John Richard Baker Exhibition Hall from 3 October 2026 to 3 January 2027. The project’s monthly in-person meetings are separate from the public exhibition.
