About

Roman objects show how residents of Verulamium worked, traded, ate and spent their leisure time.

Curated by the museum front-of-house team with curator David Thorold, this display brings together artefacts from hipposandals and hairpins to signet rings and samian ware, exploring how people used them in Roman Verulamium.
