About

A curator-led evening explores Mary Lacy’s autobiography and the objects that illuminate her career as a shipwright.

Doctoral researcher Ben Weddell leads this Delve Deeper session about Lacy’s assumed identity as William Chandler, her work at Portsmouth Royal Dockyard and how researchers reconstruct her life from historical sources.
