Half-Term Session: Autumn Lantern

A family drop-in workshop at Art in the Docks to make a decorative autumn lantern from paper, tissue and natural materials.

This two-hour family session invites children and adults to make autumn lanterns using lightweight paper, tissue, leaves and other simple craft materials. Families can try seasonal colours and leaf patterns, then assemble a lantern to take home. The workshop is drop-in, with artists available to demonstrate the process and help participants. No prior art or craft experience is required; younger children should take part with a parent or carer.
