About

Terry Doyle and guests share a day of meditation, movement, storytelling and singing with North East Opera participants.

Activities include Tai Chi, Capacitar wellbeing practices, creative writing, listening and singing with David Pisaro and Emily Smith. The current programme closes with a sing-song and light refreshments at 4pm.
