Christmas in the Woods 2026

A family Christmas trail through Nower Wood with festive activities, fire-toasted marshmallows and a visit to Santa's woodland grotto.

Surrey Wildlife Trust's family Christmas event returns to Nower Wood with a self-guided festive trail through the woods, with activities for young children along the way. Families can toast a marshmallow on the fire and visit the woodland grotto to meet a special guest, with a small present for well-behaved children. Sessions last two hours, all activities are outdoors, and the event is aimed at 3-10 year olds who must be accompanied by an adult.
