About

A hands-on workshop at Shropshire Wildlife Trust making natural Christmas wreaths and decorations from evergreens and berries.

Participants create their own natural Christmas wreath and decorations, with all materials provided. The session also explores the folklore and significance of evergreens and berries in midwinter celebrations, from pre-Christian traditions to beliefs about ivy warding off bad luck. The event combines indoor crafting with outdoor activity at the trust's visitor centre.
