Boardgames

A free evening board game club where players of all experience levels can play the club's games or bring their own.

Boardgames at the Old Library is a friendly board game club evening hosted by Board at the Library. Attendees can choose from the club's games chest, which includes beginner-friendly titles, or bring their own games to share; favourites mentioned include Catan, Ticket to Ride, Terraforming Mars, Power Grid and 7 Wonders. People can come alone or in groups, and there is a place in a game regardless of experience. The two-hour session is free, with donations welcomed to support the library and the club, and visitors may bring their own drinks and snacks.
