About

A young man in a pupil referral unit faces a difficult choice between loyalty and telling the truth in this adaptation of Alex Wheatle’s novella.

Adapted by Suzann McLean and David Fielding and presented by Theatre Peckham, Words of Colour and the Barbican. The captured Barbican body does not publish current cast names; this remains an enrichment gap, and adaptors are not assumed to perform. Recommended for ages 12 and over. Contains strobe lighting, haze, smoke, violence, blood, strong language and themes around mental illness.
