Absolute Beginners Ballet

A supportive introductory adult ballet course covering foundational technique, posture, barre and centre practice. Each published cohort runs for four weekly classes.

City Academy describes this as a no-experience-needed adult course. The curriculum introduces classical ballet foundations through barre and centre combinations, posture and alignment, coordination, musicality and gentle development of strength and flexibility. This Farringdon programme has several separately bookable four-week cohorts with different teachers and times; the £80 fee is for a complete cohort, not an individual class.
