About

Crime author Vaseem Khan talks about his Malabar House novels and his new Q Mysteries featuring James Bond's Q.

Bestselling crime writer Vaseem Khan gives a talk tracing his journey from post-Independence India in the Malabar House novels to contemporary Britain's MI6 in the Q Mysteries, which centre on James Bond's quartermaster Q. His latest book is The Man with the Golden Compass, and his debut The Unexpected Inheritance of Inspector Chopra was named by the Sunday Times among the 40 best crime novels. A former winner of the CWA Historical Dagger and Chair of the Crime Writers' Association, Khan speaks for an hour at Lavenham Village Hall as part of the Lavenham Literary Festival.
