Heartstyles Experience Day

A one-day immersive leadership workshop at Ashburnham Place exploring behaviour, culture and effectiveness under pressure.

The Heartstyles Experience Day is a six-hour, in-person session for leaders who want to lead more effectively, especially under pressure. Using the Heartstyles Indicator, a globally validated behavioural tool, participants explore how their everyday behaviours affect trust, relationships, collaboration and performance. The day moves from insight to action, helping leaders close the gap between what they intend to bring and what others actually experience. Doors open at 9am, with the programme running 9:30am to 3:30pm, and free parking is available.
