Make your own Chocolates and Truffles

A hands-on workshop where participants learn to create and decorate their own chocolate truffles and confections.

Attendees will begin with a chocolate tasting to gain inspiration before learning techniques to hand dip, roll, pipe, and decorate various chocolates. The session includes creating truffles and decorated chocolates in shells, followed by a sweet grazing board featuring bite-sized tasters and a hot drink.
