ULD // The Eagle Inn // Manchester

Norwegian trio ULD bring their blend of folk and alt-pop to The Eagle Inn in Salford.

The Norwegian trio ULD — Une Lorentze Onarheim, Lucia Andreadatter Utnem and Dagny Braanen Lindgren — perform with three voices, piano and accordion, blending Norwegian folk song, contemporary folk, alternative pop and Nordic sonic traditions. Their debut album Fra en annen virkelighet earned three Norwegian Grammy nominations, and they have won both the Edvard Prize and the Prøysen Prize. The set is described as intimate and finely tuned, marked by strong dynamics and a calm stage presence.
