About
Flabbergast Theatre presents a production of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream, a comedy featuring a travelling troupe.
Flabbergast Theatre brings a rambunctious approach to the much-loved comedy. Goblins and Sprites run amok as the King and Queen of the Faeries settle a spat, causing havoc among the humans. The action focuses on a troupe of players travelling with their vintage Haywain, using multi-role playing, masks, slapstick, and Arcadian folk songs to bring the magic of midsummer alive with physical comedy, song, and dance.
