About
Storyteller Debs Newbold performs an epic stand-up storytelling show about the legendary Irish pirate queen Grace O'Malley.
Award-winning storyteller Debs Newbold performs Dauntless, a boisterous stand-up storytelling show about Grainne ni Mhaille, the 16th-century Irish clan chief and pirate queen also known as Grace O'Malley. The show traces O'Malley's life from stowing away on her father's ship aged eight to her encounter with the court of Elizabeth I, celebrating her as a seafaring leader, rebel and feminist icon. The performance combines high drama with uproarious live storytelling.
