Run the Seasons Spring Race 2027

The 2027 Spring Run is a running event held on the grounds of Cowdray Estate and South Downs National Park.

Runners can choose from several courses, including 5km, 10km, 10 miles, or dog-friendly options. The event features 3km Kids Runs for ages 6-11 and 5km Junior Runs for ages 12-15. The course traverses Ambersham & Heyshott Common, a site of Special Scientific Interest.
