An overnight gathering for resting and listening to a continuous soundscape, with grounding breathwork, quiet integration and a morning sharing circle.
Doors open at 20:00, with last entry at 21:00 and guided grounding at 21:15. Bring padded bedding, warm layers, a pillow and water. Tea is provided; departure is by 08:00.
