About
A temporary exhibition at Bentley Priory Museum on the mental health pressures faced by Fighter Command aircrew in the Second World War, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
Through personal stories and archive material, 'Flying Stress' explores the psychological pressures faced by Fighter Command aircrew, including the stigma around being seen as afraid, and what maintained morale during the Battle of Britain and beyond. Open on the museum's Wednesday, Friday and Saturday open days.
