Ecstatic Dance Oxford | Conscious Dance + Sound Healing

A monthly sober freeform conscious dance session with DJ sets and optional sound healing, open to all levels at South Oxford Community Centre.

Ecstatic Dance Oxford is a monthly sober, freeform conscious dance session with a DJ journey curated by Traxsky, moving through tribal, electronic, melodic and ambient music. The dance floor follows simple agreements: no talking, no phones or photography, and no alcohol or substances, with no choreography. Some sessions include optional guest-facilitated extras such as cacao ceremonies, crystal bowl sound healing and embodiment practices, booked separately. The event welcomes all backgrounds and experience levels, including dancers familiar with 5Rhythms.
