The Howwood Inn marks Scotland's national day with a guided whisky tasting hosted by Peter, who leads guests through five carefully selected malt whiskies, sharing the stories, flavours and character behind each dram. Paired nibbles accompany the tasting, and the evening is pitched at both seasoned whisky drinkers and curious newcomers. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the session running three and a half hours; the event is for ages 18 and over.
