I Want to Move! Movement Improvisation Workshop

A one-day movement improvisation workshop held at Braziers Park, facilitated by Alice Gale-Feeny.

This workshop encourages participants to explore improvisation as a creative tool, working both inside and outside in the beautiful setting of Braziers Park. Attendees will practice fine-tuning attention and cultivating awareness of sensation in changing environments. The session is designed to help participants develop confidence and gain tools to guide their creative process.
