Marking the first day of the national Hard as Nails campaign, this Bristol evening opens with co-founder Daniele Fiandaca exploring the 'Man Box' — the unspoken rules around toughness, emotion and vulnerability that men absorb. He is then joined by Talk Club co-founder Ben Akers for a fireside conversation about masculinity, mental health and creating spaces where men talk openly. Men attending can paint all ten nails and take up the week-long challenge of keeping them painted to spark conversations about healthy masculinity and male mental health.
