L.Y.R.

The trio L.Y.R. — Simon Armitage, Patrick Pearson and Richard Walters — perform songs from their new album Dark Sky Reservation, with support from Family Stereo.

L.Y.R. bring their most extensive tour to date to Marsden Mechanics, featuring material from their forthcoming album Dark Sky Reservation. The trio — UK Poet Laureate Simon Armitage, producer and multi-instrumentalist Patrick Pearson, and Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Richard Walters — are known for soaring vocals, ethereal soundscapes and poetic lyrics, and performed at the 2025 BBC Proms. The evening is opened by support act Family Stereo, the indie-folk project of singer-songwriter Blake Watt.
