Bach St John Passion

Constanza Chorus performs Bach's St John Passion at Cadogan Hall with the London Baroque Sinfonia and a line-up of soloists.

Constanza Chorus returns to Cadogan Hall for a performance of Bach's St John Passion, joined by the period ensemble London Baroque Sinfonia and a line-up of soloists. First performed on Good Friday in 1724 in Leipzig's Nikolaikirche, the St John Passion is one of the great masterworks of sacred choral music. The emotionally-charged drama runs from its searing opening chorus to moments of intimate tenderness. Ticketing details have not yet been released.
