Still is a monthly meditation gathering at Leeds Minster where participants are led in meditative reflection drawing on Christian spirituality, combining guided reflection with silent prayer in the company of others. The session is led by Steve Jackson, who leads the monthly meditation 'Presence' at St Oswald's, Guiseley, with the event also noted as led by Canon Paul Maybury. No prior meditation experience is necessary and all are welcome, though numbers are capped at 20 and booking is essential. Free refreshments are available during the two-hour session.
