Handling Difficult Conversations

A one-day in-person workshop at Blackburn College teaching tools and techniques for handling difficult conversations with confidence.

This full-day workshop runs from 9.30am to 4.30pm and gives participants practical tools and techniques for approaching sensitive topics with confidence. Registration opens at 9.30am with pastries and networking, before Heather leads the main session. The morning concludes with a buffet lunch at 12noon and further networking, with the session resuming in the afternoon.
