About

Two speakers connect field observations in Peru and Iceland with botanical diversity and changing landscapes.

Charles Shi discusses how geology, climate and human activity shape Iceland’s vegetation, including conservation and restoration challenges. The source presents these as two talks within one KMIS lecture evening.
