Air-Gap Night: Private AI, Live and Unplugged

A free evening event at Encode Hub demonstrating a private AI running entirely offline on local GPUs, with talks and networking.

This event is a live demonstration of on-premise AI: a server in the room runs fine-tuned open-weight models on local GPUs, drafting, searching and answering over private documents, and the internet cable is pulled out mid-event to show it keeps working. Attendees can submit prompts anonymously to be run on the air-gapped machine, and a session covers the real costs of on-prem deployment versus API bills. The evening includes drinks and networking from 8:15pm, aimed at CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, legal, data and AI teams handling sensitive data. Hosted by Encode Club with a live demo from the Saint PrivateAI team; registration requires host approval.
