Human Rights Law Research

A practical session on researching domestic human-rights law and applying relevant principles to a scenario.

The session covers access to domestic human-rights case law and legislation and the international framework, followed by a guided scenario discussion led by Master Feria-Tinta. It is for Middle Temple members, principally students, with some places for Called members. The scheduled session runs 18:00 to an expected 19:15 finish.
