Hereford Waterworks Museum
About
The Hereford Waterworks Museum opens every Tuesday, letting visitors see original waterworks buildings and vintage steam, petrol and diesel engines, many run in operation.
Every Tuesday the museum at Broomy Hill opens its original waterworks buildings, where as many of the vintage steam, petrol and diesel engines as volunteers allow are run for visitors. A cafe serving home-made cakes and hot and cold drinks is on site and open to non-museum visitors, and the water park is open all day with children supervised by parents or guardians. The museum also holds Sunday Engineering and Steam Days through 2026, including an Armed Forces Day theme on 28 June.
