Walking Tour – Elstree Remember Me – Borehamwood's Film History

A guided walking tour of Borehamwood's former Elstree studio sites, exploring the area's film and TV history.

Rob Smith leads a guided walk around the former sites of the six Elstree studios in Borehamwood, where films such as Star Wars, The Shining and The Dam Busters were made. The walk visits the locations of the demolished studios and discusses the stars and directors who worked there, passing the current Elstree Studios and the outside of the BBC Studios, with a glimpse of EastEnders' Albert Square. The tour runs from 2pm to 4pm, meeting at Elstree and Borehamwood Station.
