About
A five-round rapidplay chess tournament using nineteenth-century openings and odds, with a Christmas buffet.
The current2026–27 calendar explicitly welcomes club members and visitors to the22December tournament. The format uses nineteenth-century openings and odds-giving, and includes a Christmas buffet. The linked2025–26 tournament guide describes a different dated Christmas event, so its price and18:45 start have not been carried into this proposal.
