NoTanx Freediving - Colchester Monday Session

Coached weekly freediving pool training session at Leisure World Colchester, open to beginners through experienced freedivers.

NoTanx runs coached club freediving sessions in the Leisure World pool, suitable for beginners up to world champions; participants need to be able to swim two lengths confidently on the surface. Sessions begin around 8.30pm with dry breath-holding exercises outside the pool, followed by the pool session. Training covers 10 aspects of freediving through 42 exercises, with most sessions focused on soft 'Yin' techniques and awareness, and others on 'Yang' work such as monofin technique and flexibility.
