Van Eyck: The Portraits - Art Talk

Art historian Nicholas Flory discusses Jan van Eyck’s portraiture and the curatorial work behind the National Gallery exhibition.

Drawing on the exhibition, Flory explores the artist’s techniques, visual puzzles, inscriptions and changing portrait conventions through close looking. The talk concerns the National Gallery exhibition but is a separate Dutch Centre event at the Dutch Centre building.
