Carnival Band Drumming Workshops

Weekly Tuesday-night carnival drumming workshops at St Vincent's Chapel, open to all ages from 10 upwards, with no musical experience needed.

These Tuesday evening sessions bring people together for an hour or two of group drumming, activities and learning, aiming to build skills over the winter before performing around Edinburgh in spring and summer. No musical experience is necessary and the workshops are open to anyone aged 10 or over. A horn section for brass and woodwind players is also planned to join the drums and form a full band. Places are limited and booked on a first-come-first-served basis.
