Glasgow-based folk band TRIP bring their blend of Celtic traditions from Scotland, Ireland, Northumbria and the Isle of Man to Belper Meadows Cricket Club.
TRIP, formed in Glasgow's traditional music scene, unite Celtic traditions from Scotland, Ireland, Northumbria and the Isle of Man. The six-piece line-up includes BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year 2021 and members of FARA, GNOSS, The Canny Band and HEISK, blending traditional melodies with self-penned tunes and songs. Their second album, In Terra's Keep, was released in 2025, following a Scots Trad Music Awards album nomination for their 2022 debut A Drop for Neptune.
