Volunteering for wellbeing

Volunteers are invited to Vallis Veg market garden to participate in organic food growing sessions and enjoy a harvested lunch.

Participants will join the Friday volunteering sessions at Vallis Veg market garden. The activities include learning about organic food growing techniques and breathing fresh air. Attendees will also enjoy a lunch made from freshly harvested ingredients. No prior experience is necessary for participation.
