Speakers will cover what children are exposed to online, why technology feels addictive and what happens in the developing brain, the impact of social media on mental health, and practical family strategies for setting healthy boundaries. The session runs two and a half hours with doors at 7pm, and is aimed at adults aged 18 and over.
