A World Without Cows | Film with Panel Discussion
About
A screening of the documentary World Without Cows, followed by a panel discussion on cows, climate, food and sustainability.
This screening presents World Without Cows, a documentary filmed over five years across 22 countries and more than 40 locations, exploring the role of cattle in feeding a growing population amid climate change, food insecurity and rising protein demand. Journalists Michelle Michael and Brandon Whitworth speak with farmers, ranchers, scientists and environmental experts, revealing that the issues are far from black and white. The film is introduced by Patrick Charlton of Alltech and is followed by a panel discussion, with panellists to be confirmed. The event runs 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval, in partnership with Impact, the University of Cumbria and Rheged.
