A weekly course designed for parents and carers to learn the techniques of safely massaging their baby.
This five-session course teaches parents how to safely massage their baby. Massage offers benefits such as bonding, calming the baby, improving sleep, aiding digestion, and enhancing circulation. Participants are recommended to start the course after their baby has had six health checks and when the baby is content and alert.
